Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of EarthReplay. Placing an order means you accept them.
The product
For $9.99 USD, EarthReplay produces a 30-second 1080p satellite timelapse video of a location you select, drawn from public USGS Landsat imagery (1984 onward). The video is delivered by email within 48 hours of payment, along with a hosted interactive viewer page and a short AI-written description of the location’s change over time.
Imagery accuracy
We use the best publicly available Landsat scenes for the year range you choose. Some years may have heavy cloud cover and we substitute the nearest clear scene. The AI-written description reflects observable change in the imagery; we do not guarantee the historical or scientific completeness of the narrative.
Public locations only
You may order a video for any point on Earth. Satellite imagery is at ~30m resolution — individual buildings, vehicles, or people cannot be identified. Ordering a video for a location does not grant you any rights over the underlying property.
Acceptable use
You may use your video personally, share it on social media, or use it commercially (it is yours). You may not resell EarthReplay rendering as your own service or use the platform to harass others (e.g. surveilling a private residence).
Refunds
See our refunds policy. In short: full refund within 24 hours of delivery, no questions asked.
Liability
EarthReplay is provided as-is. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “Updated” date above reflects the last change. Material changes apply only to orders placed after the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the country of EarthReplay’s registered address.
