Refund policy

Full refund within 24 hours of delivery, no questions asked.

How it works

Once your video lands in your inbox, you have 24 hours to decide whether to keep it. If you don’t want it — for any reason or no reason at all — reply to the delivery email or write to hello@earthreplay.com with the subject line “refund”. We will refund the full amount via Stripe to the original card within 5 business days.

If we don’t deliver

If your video is not delivered within 48 hours of payment, you are automatically entitled to a refund. Email us and we will process it.

What we ask in return

By default we do not delete the video file when you request a refund (you may still want to keep what you paid for). This is only a default, not a restriction on your privacy rights: if you want the video and your data deleted from our systems, just say so. A GDPR erasure request (Art. 17) always takes precedence over this default — see our privacy page — and we will delete the order record, your email, and the video file from storage.

Outside the 24-hour window

After 24 hours from delivery the order is final. We are happy to re-render with a different year range or a slightly adjusted location for free if something feels off — write to us and we will sort it.
